Compass Rescue is an "rescue to adoption" agency. This rescue group saves strays and dogs in shelters, foster's them and then locates and transports them to new homes out of state, (mainly in the northern states like Michigan)

In Dog We Trust rescue works to find adoptive parents and provide service dog training.

Both of these great rescue's are in need of food, blankets, collars, and leashes. And other items would be puppy training pads, wipes, chew toys, etc...

José Vázquez, BSN, RN CMSRN

Mr. Vazquez is a Registered Nurse with over 28 years of experience in the Medical Field. He served honorably in the United States Air Force and The United States Army for almost 25 years. Mr. Vazquez was a faculty member at St. Philips College School of Nursing and Case Manager for University Health System in San Antonio Texas.

Mr. Vazquez started his career part time in Real Estate in 2005 with his first rental and became a full time investor in 2015. He is currently the Senior Manager at Bluestreak Home Buyers, LLC; Homes by LJ Leasing, LLC; and LJ Printers, LLC.

As a real estate investor he has been involved with Subject-To, Rehabbing, Buy and Hold, Pre-foreclosures, Foreclosures, Owner Financing & Wrap Around Mortgages, Equity partnering, Combo Plans, and Lending.

Steve Carlson is a Mechanical Engineer by trade, but has had a passion for real estate for over two decades. Since buying his first investment property in 1992, he has bought and sold well over 350 properties. Steve is a full time real estate entrepreneur with a portfolio of about 70 single, multi-family and commercial units and a thriving fix and flip business.

Steve has a vast knowledge of direct mail and other marketing avenues, and so he is able to make seller-direct purchases using solutions based acquisitions methods, making multiple offers and using various strategies. Although some properties are still acquired and put into a rental portfolio or sold with owner financed terms, his favorite part of this business is to do fix and flip projects.

He and his team place an extremely high value on working with private lending partners. Therefore, he is able to help investors consistently earn well above average rates of return on their idle cash and retirement funds.

Steve does not stray far from his roots choosing to invest locally and provide housing solutions to residents of Guadalupe, Comal & Bexar counties.
