Tim Allums is one of the top residential Realtors® in San Antonio at Keller Williams Heritage. He focuses as a Listing Specialist on the ‘traditional’ side of his real estate practice, while also working with his main passion- investing in real estate. Tim’s first endeavor as a real estate investor started back in 1996 when he purchased a commercial building in Northeast San Antonio. Over the years, Tim has gained a wealth of knowledge from construction and remodeling projects on his own properties, which gives him an advantage over other real estate agents who do not possess investment experience directly. Tim works closely with many investors who actively buy and sell properties. Tim’s current personal investment activities include wholesaling, flipping and buy-and-hold. Tim is an active member and volunteer with Alamo REIA and is currently the moderator at most of Alamo REIA’s meetings.
