We know just how important it is to get your real estate business off on the right foot, so our next meeting aims to do just that! We will be talking about how to set your goals right for the new year & We will be hearing from several advanced investors on what their biggest Ah Ha moment &  Lesson Learned from this year was. We will also be asking them to share where they think the biggest opportunities are for 2022. We also want our guests and members to think about what their biggest Ah Ha moments and Lessons learned were so you can share at the meeting.

 Guest Speakers:

Cal Beran - Cal has been a serious real estate investor for 8 years, and was unemployed when he first started. He focuses on flips for cash and holding rental properties for wealth. He has successfully created a 7 figure wealth position in just 7 years!

Michael Finkelshteyn - Michael started in real estate in 2013. When he started he was still working a full time job as an engineer in the oil & gas industry. Michael is a licensed agent and focuses on buy and hold properties as well as wholesaling. He has been full time in real estate since 2017.

Tom Pike- Tom has been an active investor for three decades. He’s been successful at adapting to changing markets like we are in, sometimes as a buyer and sometimes as a lender

Examples of Ah Ha Moments:

  • AirBnb properties can generate 4x-6x the normal monthly rent which extraordinarily increases monthly cash flow
  • You can put money in your pocket in the front end of the deal AND still stay in the deal

Examples of Lessons Learned:

  • Making bad decisions that can be the difference in making a profit and losing money
  • Making sure your paperwork is in order makes it so much easier when Tax season is in
